Processing Times

Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted (custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer, this will be stated in the product description).

During busy seasons (holidays, Mother’s/Father’s Day), processing may take up to 7–10 business days.
Shipping Rates & Methods

We ship within the U.S. only.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, which includes tracking and $100 insurance.
Fragile & Handmade Items

All pottery and glass pieces are handmade and fragile. We pack with extreme care, but once a package leaves our studio, we are not responsible for carrier delays, damages, or lost packages.

Extra insurance can be purchased at checkout, highly recommended for large or custom pieces.
Local Pickup

Free pickup is available at our Bridgewater, MA studio. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
Delivery Issues

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll work with you on a replacement, store credit, or insurance claim.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

If there is an error on our end (wrong item, defect before shipping), we will make it right.
