Private Wheel Throwing

Looking for a creative twist on a celebration? Gather your friends and try your hand at pottery! This 1½-hour private event is perfect for birthdays, bachelorettes, team outings, anniversaries, or just an excuse to play with clay.

You’ll get step-by-step instruction on the pottery wheel. No experience needed! Everyone will have a chance to throw their own piece of pottery, and we’ll fire one creation per person in our kiln.

• Ages: 15 and up
• Length: 1½ hours
• Cost: $480 for up to 8 participants
  +$30 per additional guest (shared wheel)
  Maximum 16 participants (8 wheels available)
• Not available Thursday nights
• BYOB (with valid ID)

🏺 What’s Included

• Clay and kiln firing for one piece per participant
• Tools, instruction, and guided support from a JCA instructor
• Finished pieces are ready for pickup in about 2 weeks, depending on drying time

Return during our open studio hours for just $8 per person, which covers your studio fee and a second firing.

• $150 of the Party Payment is non-refundable.
• Please tie back long hair and trim nails before class.
• Participants with pacemakers should not use pottery wheels. Consult a physician before booking.
