Slow & Grow: Hand-built Sloth Planter

Get ready to sculpt something seriously adorable! 🦥🌿 Join us for this adult clay hand-building class where you’ll create your very own sloth planter perfect for holding a small plant, succulent, or just sitting there looking cute and judging your life choices (gently, of course).

Using traditional hand-building techniques, you’ll shape your sloth from scratch, think cozy curves, sweet little face details, and those signature slow-moving vibes. Whether your sloth is hanging, sitting, or just doing its best, you’ll have plenty of room to add personality and make it your own.

No clay experience needed! Our instructors will guide you step-by-step, making the process fun, approachable, and surprisingly relaxing… very on-brand for a sloth.

Class Details:

Ages: 15 & older
Includes: Clay and firing for one sloth planter
Pickup: Finished pieces will be ready in 2–3 weeks, depending on drying time

Glazing Option:

Want to add color and shine? Return during open studio hours to glaze your pieces for $8. The studio fee includes all materials and an additional kiln firing.

BYOB: Feel free to bring your favorite beverage to enjoy while you create. Adult beverages are welcome for guests 21+ with a valid ID.
